Organizations with only occasional or clearly defined needs may be better served by a project-based engagement.

Areas of support may include contracts, enrollment agreements, handbooks, parent/student matters, governance, policies, employment matters, compliance, privacy and data protection, investigations, organizational risk, and coordination with specialized outside counsel.

For organizations that need consistent access to experienced counsel for recurring legal needs.

Five hours of legal services, including:

• Reserved capacity and priority scheduling

• Routine email and telephone advice

• A recurring strategy conversation and an ongoing legal-priorities list

• Support with contracts, policies, governance, compliance, and organizational risk

• Coordination with specialized outside counsel when needed

Additional work is billed at $350/hour. Monthly engagements begin with a three-month commitment.

Ten hours of legal services, including:

• Reserved capacity and priority scheduling

• Ongoing email and telephone access

• Recurring strategy conversations with organizational leadership

• Contract drafting, review, and negotiation

• Governance and board support

• Proactive identification and prioritization of legal risk

• Coordination with specialized outside counsel when needed

Additional work is billed at $350/hour. Monthly engagements begin with a three-month commitment.
