I have spent my career working inside complex, mission-driven institutions — advising executives and boards while partnering closely with finance, human resources, operations, technology, and program leaders.
As a general counsel, I have built a legal function from the ground up, led a nonprofit corporate separation, managed more than $27 million in annual contracts, modernized more than 100 organizational policies, and advised on matters ranging from employment disputes and board governance to data privacy, cybersecurity, insurance, and artificial intelligence.
That experience shapes how I practice: understand the larger context, communicate clearly, and offer solutions that work in the real world.
